I am here today sharing a few photos from around our small Michigan town! Have you been to Michigan in the Fall? I can't imagine anything more beautiful. Summers are pretty great too, but Fall allows you to slow down and take in the beauty around us... which I just love!
Winter is definitely here in Northern Michigan! Everything looks so pretty and white right now! I was driving along and had an owl fly up in front of me. He perched himself in a tree next to the road long enough for me to get a few pictures. He was so pretty!

Although Winter is by far not my favorite season I do love photographing the beauty of Winter. Last night was our first snow fall. I love the enchantment and wonder of the first snowfall. It seems to slow everything down and quiet our environment.
It has been foggy and rainy all week. I don’t mind it because it adds to the ambiance of Fall. It makes me want to make soup or stew and stay inside where it is cozy warm.
